  • Photo Gallery Enchancement

To ensure your images and albums are easy to use,  Photo Gallery is now detached from categories and a new album system is in place.   We've streamlined the gallery creation process so that  creating galleries, albums, and uploading photos can be accomplished from the same area.   There are other added benefits including:

  • Ability to re-order albums and photos
  • A description for each photo
  • Counters for each album
  • Ability to set individual time delays for slideshows
  • The album divider is customizable

  • Content Manager has been renamed to Article Manager
 
  • There is a new Content Admin role, which has the cumulative rights of Content Creator, Editor, and Approver.   We created this so that sites not using workflow could have a admin user with all content rights without giving full access to Site Profile, User Manager, and Account Information.
  

 

  • Sites not using workflow will no longer see the workflow options on the User Setup screen.
  
  • A date column has been added to the Event grid on the Add/Edit Calendar screen

 

  • We've added the ability to double click on the Add/Edit Calendar grid to edit an event.

 

  • We've added an upload media button to the Site Design Screen to allow for quick uploads

 

  • You may now upload MS Office 2007 file formats for Media Manager

 

  • An event spanning a day now reads "All Day" in stead of "12AM - 12PM"

 

  • We updated Printer Friendly icons to go directly to a printer dialog box.   This will also print using an alternate style sheet to hide design elements.   The link reads "Print Article"

 

  • Unsupported HTML elements have been removed from image insert.   These are border, hspace, and vspace.
  • We have many new template designs available for use.  These can be found in the Site Design area.

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

- Fixed Bug: Form label text was disappearing on IE7
- Fixed Bug: Edit Event generates error when End Time is null
- Fixed Bug: Ampersand in the Form Subject generates an error
- Fixed Bug: Updated the Edit Event screen to nullify the End Time suffix when the time is nullified and vice versa.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed a problem with the RCI that caused left navigation links not to work on wrapped pages
- Fixed Bug: ASPX Code was displaying at the top of web pages contaning forms while in offline mode
