With the 2010.2 release of Extend, we are excited to announce our new directories feature.

Enhancements

Contact/Location Search Directories

We have added a new Directories Manager option to Account Information. This new feature must be activated from your Site Profile; when activated Directories Manager displays on your Dashboard and in the Site menu.
Sites can create up to five(5) directories, which can then house an unlimited number of contacts or locations.
Once a directory is created it can be linked to a channel or article through the Link Manager.

64-bit Environment

Extend now operates on 64-bit servers.

Article Layout

 We updated the layout when creating a new article to use the most common fields.  This gives more space when creating the body of an article.   No worries you can still reach your full and mini abstracts and other fields with a click of a button.

Corrections

We are constantly striving to make Extend as user-friendly as possible. Here are some of the improvements we have included in this release:

Podcasts

We corrected an error some clients were receiving when attempting to edit a podcast.

The correct title now displays when editing podcasts. Before, when editing a podcast, if you saved the podcast then edited a different podcast, the title of the first podcast displayed instead of the selected podcast.

Workflow

Workflow e-mails are now sent to all selected users instead of just being sent to the first selected user in the list.

Register Members

Corrected an issue with not being able to register members on a live site.
