Extend Support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m ET Monday-Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday. To speak with an Extend Support technician, please call 800.669.2509. Before contacting support, you might want to troubleshoot to find answers to common questions regarding Extend.

ACS Technologies has developed a wide array of training options led by ACS Certified Trainers to ensure the success of those who use our software. New users and veterans -- from organizations large and small throughout the U.S. -- will find training opportunities ideally suited to their needs.

Consulting

Hands on assistance from people with years of website and design experience.

Consulting starts with your ideas and questions, and then we work with you to design a solution that fits your needs. Through concentrated phases of work with you and your staff, we'll plan, install and launch a successful website for your organization. We'll even prepare you to use Extend effectively. But it doesn’t end there, we’ll your ministry ideas are implemented and your staff has the training they need to update and maintain a successful website. 

 

Training Options

Onsite Training

Address specific training needs of you and / or your staff with personalized training options. Bring an ACS Certified Trainer to your location. Your place, your data, your pace – just what you need. This personalized instruction is tailored to your specific training needs and moves at your speed.

1-2-1 Training

We have custom 1-2-1 Web Training available for just you and your organization! You have the convenience of being able to interact with a live ACS Certified Trainer at a convenient time. The trainer will be able to see your screen and teach using your data. As long as you can connect to the Internet, you can take advantage of this convenient training tool.

Phone Training

When you need small doses of training in specific areas, Phone Training can be a cost-effective tool. An hour or two of Phone Training allows you to receive the answers to your questions and have the time to practice what you've learned.
