Extend Support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m ET Monday-Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday.

Questions can be submitted at any time by filling out the support form. To help our customer service representatives serve you best, please fill out the form with as much information as possible.

We understand that emergencies happen. Sometimes emergencies happen during normal business hours, but most of the  time they don't.
Don't worry though, no matter the day or time you are only a phone call away from your Extend Support team. If an issue arises on Saturday or Sunday, call the Extend Support phone number, 800-471-8714, and follow the prompts. A member of the Extend Support team will contact you shortly.

Register | Sign In E-mail
There are two ways to add members to your Extend Site, through User Manager in the admin application or using the Register | Sign-in option on the presentation site.    If you prefer your members NOT to receive an automatic e-mail, the presentation side Register option is perfect.   Click here to find out how to do this
