What is a webmaster? A webmaster is a person who maintains web sites and assures the maintenance, content (pictures, texts, events),  and content is trendy, and properly maintained. The objective is to accurately and quickly have a professional looking website, this requires skills, talent and a lot of versatility.

 What services are included? Listed below are a few of the services that we can help with and that are included in the scope of this service.  The updates are normally simple and sporadic modifications and occasional revisions.  Our services will keep your site updated and fresh. 

• Adding and Updating content (texts, graphics, forms, events)
• Minor web site and web page facelifts (font changes, evaluate page and content layout, provide suggestions to help optimize the user experience)
• Update existing websites with new information/content that you provide
• Maintain content creation and writing/editing services
• Help with weekly/monthly bulletin and newsletter (links) to the website
• Create simple and quick announcement updates for the home page
• Create simple slides and monthly slide show updates
• Help optimize content for the site search
• Adding and Resizing images for use on the website
• Modify and create buttons and banners if and when needed.

What services are NOT included?  Webmastering is designed to assist Administrators with their updates and changes to content. Below is a list of items that are considered above and beyond the cost and services included in the Webmastering plan.  Work submitted will be reviewed to assure that it fits into what we consider applicable or not.  Below are examples not an exclusive list of what’s not included in the plan.

• Design Modifications to the site design originally created and approved with a designer.
• Modifications to flash elements created by a designer
• Templates updates and feature changes that require code changes to the template.
• Programming related items; such as special needs for advanced Java Scripting or other advanced programming services.
• Moving content from one source to another as to build a site. 
• Setting up or Moving Files for streaming media services.  
  
  

How does it work? To make the process of submitting content simple and quick for you and your staff, submit your content along with any images and/or documents via our Client Portal (use the Webmaster Request button to the right).  Select (click) Extend in the first 2 boxes, select (click) Extend Webmastering in the 3rd box, enter your request, then attach the ZIP file that contains your attachments - then you're ready to click Submit to send us your request.  Once you submit the inforation, a confirmation screen will appear and confirm that your request has been submitted. The webmaster will complete your request within 24 to 48 business hours depending on the size of the request.  We also have downloadable instructions for Using the Client Request Form and for How to Create a ZIP file.
